Ticketing

If you have a persistent problem while using demosCAD, you can raise a ticket on our DemosCAD website. This you can do by clicking on the support menu after you log in to DemosCAD. From the Support menu you click on Raise Ticket. You then input your name and email address then the subject of the ticket. You can choose the department to whom your ticket is addressed, if you don’t, it will be addressed to the Technical Support by default. Otherwise you can choose Sales or Billing department. The ticket will queue in our system and the technical support team will address your concern conclusively on a first-come-first-served basis.

You can view the progress and status of your raised ticket by clicking on the support menu and selecting My Tickets. If the status of the ticket is ‘Open’, it means that we are still resolving the issue. If the status is ‘Closed’, it means the issue has completely been solved.

You can also reply to your own ticket if you want further clarification on the issue at hand.
