1. Visit demoscad.net on your browser.
2. Click on Try DemosCAD. A registration page will appear where you register for a free account.
3. Log In using your account details.
4. You may start using our Free Trial Version of DemosCAD by clicking on Launch DemosCAD on the Start Page.
5. To access the Full Version of DemosCAD, Purchase tokens, by choosing any of the packages provided using your appropriate payment method.

If you have a persistent problem while using DemosCAD, you can raise a ticket on our DemosCAD website. This you can do by clicking on the support menu after you log in to DemosCAD.

From the Support menu you click on Raise Ticket. You then input your name and email address then the subject of the ticket. You can choose the department to whom your ticket is addressed, if you don’t, it will be addressed to the Technical Support by default.

Otherwise you can choose Sales or Billing department. The ticket will queue in our system and the technical support team will address your concern conclusively on a first-come-first-served basis.

You can view the progress and status of your raised ticket by clicking on the support menu and selecting My Tickets. If the status of the ticket is ‘Open’, it means that we are still resolving the issue. If the status is ‘Closed’, it means the issue has completely been solved.

You can also reply to your own ticket if you want further clarification on the issue at hand.

There are two subscription packages available now; the Monthly Subscription that costs $10.00, and Yearly Subscription that costs $100.00.

You may also access the free Trial Subscription Package which allows limited access to a number of tools available for viewing demos, and reading pdf procedure. To access the Trial Subscription Package, you only need to register a free account with DemosCAD.

To get either of the full subscription packages, you will have to subscribe for tokens by clicking on the Subscribe button or clicking on Subscription Plan from the Packages menu.

The payment methods are Paypal or Pesapal, and after clicking on View Plan button, you can proceed with the payment using your card details.

Majorly because the Hardware and software specifications of the Android phone that the user is utilizing does not match up to DemosCAD requirements; i.e. A minimum of Android Version 4.0 and up.

The second reason is loading the phone with too much running applications. This tends to jam up the RAM system therefore launching DemosCAD on a ‘busy’ phone leads to the DemosCAD application crushing.

Yes. DemosCAD can work on your PC even when it is not yet installed with AutoCAD. However, it is highly recommended that you install AutoCAD for you to perform the available exercises that you download from DemosCAD. You cannot perform these exercises in DemosCAD, hence for DemosCAD to be your effective trainer, you need AutoCAD in your device.

Yes, because DemosCAD is a demonstration tool, and you can use it together with AutoCAD as your guide on how to carry out design work in AutoCAD.   

No, because DemosCAD is not a design tool. You cannot use it alone to design. You only use it to enhance your AutoCAD skills and as a guide on how to use AutoCAD to do design work.
